Return & Refund Policy

- If you do not receive your shipment due to shipping provider delays or misplacement, you will be eligible for full refund or free order replacement.

- If you receive a damaged product, you will be eligible for a full refund or free order replacement. 

- Our return/exchange policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Any return made after the 10 days period will have a restocking fee of 15% of the total product value. 

- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

- If you'd like to cancel an order make sure to contact us within 24 hours of placing the order or we cannot guarantee the cancellation.
