It is normal for tracking numbers to take couple days to update the status of the shipment. If you order says "Pre-Shipment" that means the order is already shipped and is en route to your location. Don't worry even if the tracking doesn't update, your shipment is still on its way and will update once it reaches its destination. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't and can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
